Little Rebellion strives to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If however something isn't quite right we are committed to sorting things out as quickly as we can.

RETURNS POLICY


In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item that you have not ordered please email the Customer Care team at howdy@littlerebelion.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel and include the following information -

- Order Number
- Reason for Return i.e. faulty/damaged item or incorrect item
- Image/details of faulty/damaged item (if applicable)
- Your daytime contact number (Monday to Friday during business hours)

To be eligible for a return on an incorrectly shipped product your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it i.e. unopened boxes, all labels and contents intact and in a saleable condition.

If we deem that a return is warranted we will issue you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Your RAN must be included with your item(s) for return along with a receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete your return. Returns are to be received by Little Rebellion within 7 days of the returns approval. Once you are issued with your return approval authorisation please return goods to the address below:

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund/exchange request has been approved. If the refund request is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment. If the exchange request is approved a replacement item(s) to the same purchase value will be dispatched freight free.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please note that refunds can take a number of days to process depending upon the method of payment. For tardy refunds, check your bank/Paypal account for pending transactions and/or contact your credit card company to check on its status. If, after checking with your financial institution there’s still no sign of your refund please contact us at howdy@littlerebellion.com.au and we’ll investigate further.

Unfortunately Little Rebellion is unable to accept returns for a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Please also note that several types of goods are exempt from being returned including limited life/perishable goods such as food, drink and magazines.

Finally, the Little Rebellion Returns Policy lasts 21 days from the purchase date. If 21 days or more have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
