HOW TO USE IT - Grab yourself 2kg of pork belly from your friendly local butcher, tear open your bacon making kit and simply follow the instructions. In seven short days you'll have made the best bacon you've ever tasted!

WHAT'S IN IT - Made for bacon connoisseurs the kit contains cure, salt, and sugar, two pop-up meat thermometers, curing bag and easy to follow instructions for 8 delicious bacon varieties.

THE FINE PRINT - Add cure, salt and the other ingredients (herbs, spices, bourbon, etc.) to your cure bag, along with pork belly making sure to coat the pork belly evenly. Leave the cured, salted and seasoned pork belly in the fridge for 7 days, flipping it over every day or two. After 7 days, bake the cured, salted and seasoned pork belly in the oven at low temp for about 1.5 to 2 hours. Allow to cool, slice and savour.
